About ME
Hi there!
I'm Amy. Ceramic Artist, Event Profesh, Educator & Admin expert.
I have over 20 years of experience as a visual artist and have spent the last 5 years focussing on contemporary ceramic art and pottery.
My works explore the themes of magic, generational knowledge, transformation and growth. I make amulets and effigy pots that are inspired by ancient traditions and rituals, as well as my own personal experiences and beliefs. I use clay as a medium to strengthen my connection to the earth as well as to create objects that have symbolic and spiritual significance. My work is a reflection of my journey as a woman, mother, an artist, and a seeker of hope, wisdom and wonder.
